43 Whitfield Street is an 11,000 sq ft flexible office space for Derwent London. The space delivers quality and flexibility and the range of workspace types you might find in a co working space, but within one tenant’s demise. The design focuses on longevity and timelessness. Finishes and materials are of the highest quality and designed to appeal to a wide range of tenants, while bespoke furniture, upholstery and joinery have been designed to reference the 60s/70s era of the building.

The project, in collaboration with ground and first floor tenant Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, has refurbished a 1960’s period building to an exemplary standard with a light touch approach, reusing and refurbishing services and finishes where possible.
