Warrington-based Claremont has completed the design and fit-out of Liverpool’s biggest office letting for three years and delivered a new flagship workspace for games developer Firesprite.

The Claremont team has delivered a seven-figure project comprising workplace consultancy, interior design and fit-out for Firesprite’s new office in the former headquarters of Bibby Line Group at 105 Duke Street. Claremont handed the project over to Firesprite, a subsidiary of entertainment giant Sony, on time and on budget.

This destination office has a focus on high-tech collaboration, community and hybrid working. Maintaining their Japanese and Liverpudlian roots, the result is unique u2013 a true destination office in the heart of Liverpool.
