Chameleon Business Interiors – Beal Homes, East Yorkshire

Beal Homes’ brand new, purpose-built headquarters is the latest – and greatest – step on its journey to delivering an industry- transforming approach to customer experience.  

The 19,000 sqft workspace, designed and fitted-out by Chameleon Business Interiors, is the new home for Beal’s 160-strong team and provides them with a bespoke space that priorities sustainability and puts employee wellness at its heart. Hundreds of plants were integrated into the two-storey, open-plan project which was developed to maximise coverage of natural light, provide varied and engaging workspaces, and is powered by more than 100 solar panels.  

Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive from clients and colleagues alike, with the former making the most of the industry-leading Design Lounge, allowing them to visualise and develop their dream home in a dynamic, technology-led environment.
