Bruntwood and AXI Studio’s goal was to transform the Grade 2* Listed 38-42 Mosley Street into an environment that defies the typical office aesthetic and atmosphere. Drawing inspiration from the building’s banking history, architecture, and purpose, the team sought to foster social interactions and inclusivity. Now rebranded as Bond, the scheme aims to provide a unique and distinctive space, where people feel inspired to visit and a new office normal’ is shaped. Grasping the opportunity to create a new restaurant space within the old banking hall, Bruntwood and AXI Studios unlocked the potential of the current vacant area, delivering a fluid and transitional environment between the arrival experience, restaurant and customer areas, while integrating the heritage architecture with a modern fit out.
