BASE is an environmentally sustainable newbuild office building at Manchester Science Park, designed by Bridge Architects. BASE will act as a hub for Industry 4.0, computer engineering, energy technology and low carbon, robotics, light manufacturing, materials science, gaming and animation businesses.
The building has 5 floors of accommodation and offers flexible, secure, leased or managed sustainable office spaces, plus makerspace workshop capability – all complemented with meeting rooms, an outdoor roof terrace, event space, and secure cycle hub.
