Basha-Franklin has transformed three floors of the landmark One New Change, providing 47,500 sqft of commute-worthy workspace for Myo, the flexible office brand from Landsec. Driven by wellbeing, sustainability and adaptability, the human-centric design embraces “”hotelisation”” to challenge ideas of what workspace can and should be. Its ambition? Draw people back to the office. New interventions work with the existing fabric, maximising space to offer an inclusive mix of diverse environments, unique amenities, and life-enriching experiences. A striking stair ascends through the deepest part of the floorplate, linking all three levels and inviting Myo’s members to forget the lift, take a walk, and find meaningful connections.

The purposeful design story, founded on innovation and evolution, weaves colour and texture with sustainable materials to create a multi-sensory journey. Natural light and ventilation alongside abundant greenery enhance tenant health, consolidating Myo St Paul’s WELL Platinum certification. Influenced by the impact of colour on mood and mind, each floor is distinguished by a unique colour palette (red, green, and blue – representing Earth, Nature, and Sky), creating distinct atmospheres and defined zones. “
