AXI delivered the new entrance spaces for 101 Embankment, an office building in Salford, Manchester. A refurbished, double-height reception space radiates warmth and comfort, in contrast to its formerly clinical atmosphere. A multifunctional mezzanine floor creates an inviting, intimate ambiance, while soft timber accents and textured wall finishes envelope a new adjoining lounge space. A luxurious end-of-journey bike storage and shower area complements the overall design of the new entrance spaces, with an emphasis on creating an inviting atmosphere to encourage cycling as a viable, eco-friendly commuting option.
