Founded in 2000, Area marks its upcoming 25th anniversary with a team of over 180 across its wider Group. In 2023, they achieved B Corp certification, on of the first in the industry to do so, showcasing their dedication to social and environmental standards. Their dedication to ethical and sustainable practices, alongside a focus on employee wellbeing, is evident in their transformative workplace projects across the UK and Europe.

In the past year, Area’s strategic partnerships and projects led to significant client growth, particularly in the laboratory and life sciences market. Partnerships with esteemed clients such as Lenovo, Jaguar Land Rover, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, IFS, showcase their trusted expertise.

Area’s dedication to fostering a vibrant workplace culture is reflected in the opening of their new London Bridge studio in 2023. Additionally, they received the ’Britain’s Healthiest-Workplace’ Award by Vitality in early 2024, recognising their efforts in creating a healthier work environment.
