74 were appointed to create a class leading student amenity within a striking new building in the heart of Hackney Wick for high-end developers CA Ventures. Located within a 15 minute walk to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Wick Park provides luxury student living for pupils attending nearby universities. The amenities contain a variety of spaces from study spaces, meeting rooms, to social lounges, karaoke rooms, gym fitness suite on the ground floor, which follow a distinct concept look which take influence from the surrounding area and character found in the buildings unique character and structural form.
