5plus were commissioned to explore designs for a new highly flexible, digital-centric student centre for the University of Chester in Warrington town centre. The project, located within Muse’s new Time Square development provides an opportunity to integrate University activity in the heart of the town as part of a mixed-use development, alongside the new Market Hall and Council offices.
Inside, users will find agile learning spaces, a digital hub and the university’s student services. Using a mixture of digital screens, bespoke joinery screens, wayfinding and infographics, the 15,000 sq ft space is both practical and visually engaging.
