UNILIN team up with designers for some serious colour inspiration

MOODS is a series of inspiring palettes created in collaboration with design studios, using UNILIN’s colourful Evola panels.

In the first of the series, Ghent-based Studio Woot Woot, delivers Colourful Creativity: a palette in-tune with the energy and dynamism of young start-ups, content agencies and tech-driven businesses.

‘Colour has a profound impact on the atmosphere of a space,’ Studio Woot Woot’s Karina Soors explains. ‘Bright, bold colours like yellow, orange and purple are known to stimulate creative thinking. Meanwhile, strong pop colours like red powder charge brainstorms and lead to out-of-the-box thinking. Blue, in contrast, soothes and calms – ideal for a breakfast nook.’

UNILIN Evola provides the surface finishes to express this bold approach to energising spaces. From sunshine and goldfish orange to candy red, purple jam, and persian blue; these bright and bold colours bring Colourful Creativity to a single wall or on every surface in mood lifting contrasts that bring joy and stimulate creative processes.

‘Colourful creativity can be as bold as you want it to be,’ Karina adds. ‘You can go big and douse the entire space in blocks of colour, or you can choose to work with certain colourful accents, like single walls or specific items of furniture. The look is popular with creatives and in co-working spaces, but it’s definitely an option for retail and even the healthcare sector as well.’

Colourful Creativity defines 21 colours in the UNILIN Evola collection. Available in HPL and melamine-faced panels with matching edging strips, these durable and easy to maintain finishes can be used to bring the mood to work surfaces, walls, doors, desktops, panels and much more.

The full Colourful Creativity palette can be seen in person at the UNILIN Panels London showroom, The Gallery Clerkenwell.
