A curved yet cushioned back and base partnered with a statement metal frame forms the basis of Gresham’s most recent furniture piece. Amplifying their 46 years’ experience, the manufacturers have crafted Tiros to be a versatile chair suited to the varied needs of the commercial industry.
“With the Tiros seating collection, we listened to the needs of the design community in seeking to offer comfortable, flexible spaces in all commercial environments – whether that be in a hospitality venue, co-working destination or central workplace,” explains John Carney, Design Development Manager at Gresham.
Offered in four variations – a one-seater or two-seater chair with either a low or high tub-like back – designers can handpick between a singular or two-tone fabric for the upholstery, including a pastel range, and select a statement metal frame in either black, white, grey, bronze, silver or pastels.
Tiros can be further customised again with the addition of a built-in table.
“The optional built-in table is a nod to the growing desire for interiors to promote collaboration and social cohesion, following a lengthy period of isolation for many,” Carney continues, “but also, to provide the opportunity for quiet when needed, whether that be for completing work, or simply a quiet relaxation with a coffee.”
