GlobalEGGER‘s award-winning PerfectSense Lacquered Chipboard has joined the surface brand’s popular Decorative Collection 24+, with 14 inspiring new decors across 3 innovative texture variants – ranging from exotic woodgrain reproductions to a striking palette of stunning uni colours. Created in response to demand for more environmentally conscious material options, as well high consumer demand for a desirable matt aesthetic, PerfectSense Lacquered Chipboard marries the velvety matt lacquer of its PerfectSense Premium counterpart with the 100% recyclable, carbon retaining chipboard core of EGGER‘s signature Eurodekor. The result is an environmentally sustainable matt lacquered furniture panel that contributes to compliance with leading environmental frameworks, including BREEAM, REACH, LEED v 4, WELL Building Standards v2 and Nordic Swan.
The collection of four woodgrain and ten solid colour decors is designed to offer premium luxury to any interior design scheme with both high efficiency and low cost. The palette of ten soft tones includes natural greens, elegant blue-greys, stylish greys and versatile neutrals, designed to work in harmony with a range of woodgrain and material finishes – ideal for the contemporary mix and match approach to commercial interior design.
Four innovative woodgrain reproductions offer a first of the kind to the market: in TM12, luxurious exotic woods Abano Ash (available in two colourways) and Natural Eucalyptus present stylish opacity and a sophisticated look of depth, with the matt lacquer transforming the already subtle ST12 into a barely-there grain pattern offering a hint of dimension. In TM28, the velvety lacquer is applied over solid black with a woodgrain finish for a deeper texture that emulates true sprayed veneer.
