Moduleo
DerbyModuleo Intoo loose lay vinyl flooring is designed chiefly for workplace environments yet compatible with carpet tiles and flexible in design. Made to be installed with tackifier rather than fully bonded, Moduleo’s Intoo LVT is fitted in the same way as carpet tiles and is compatible with raised access flooring for no-hassle vinyl floor in receptions, working areas, breakout spaces, kitchens and more. Alongside the ease of loose lay installation, Intoo’s new Excimer technology top layer also helps to extend its life with improved scratch resistance. For its true-to-nature look, Moduleo uses EIR (emboss in register) for synchronised texture to create a natural, matt appearance for its wood, stone and terrazzo designs.
Enabling greater design flexibility and spatial zoning, Intoo is available in standard plank, standard tile and square tile formats. With nine wood designs, a terrazzo and five tile looks, specifiers can create a floor that gives design freedom and versatility throughout any interior scheme. With a unique product composition that’s specifically designed for a stable loose lay installation, Intoo is suitable for fixing with tackifier, Moduleo’s self-adhesive FlexPro underlay and can be fully glued.
Fully bonding to the subfloor is not only more hassle, but it also makes it harder to remove the vinyl floor at the end of its life and more difficult to recycle. Moduleo Intoo’s loose lay installation solves this complication with a cleaner installation and easier removal. During use, Moduleo Intoo improves access to underfloor services and is easy to replace if damage occurs. At the end of its life, the floor can simply be lifted and reused somewhere else, or recycled through the Recover programme – and because there’s no permanent bond, the subfloor is also returned to its original condition. Designed and made in Belgium, Intoo is efficiently produced with renewable energy from Moduleo’s own wind turbines, and production waste is also recycled and re-used to make backing for new floors.
