Daikin Emura blends design and engineering excellence

The Daikin Emura is a cooling and heating air-to-air heat pump that includes a wall mounted indoor unit, remote control and outdoor unit – delivering a new design in all three components.

Thanks to its curved panels, the indoor unit has a unique 3D shape. The curved lines refer to the harmonised airflow but also create a visual effect: the shadows make Daikin Emura really come to life. “A wall mounted air conditioning unit always has a visual impact. I believe it can also be a design statement”, comments designer Hiroyasu Kosuge.

Available in silver, matt white and matt black, Emura blends into any interior and with a width of only 90 cm, fits neatly above doors. Due to its compact width and remote monitoring, Emura is easy to install and maintain.

The unit also uses an intelligent thermal sensor and specially designed louvres to (re)direct the airflow and ensure a constant and harmonised temperature throughout rooms. Built-in purifying filters and Flash Streamer technology captures dust particles, breaks down allergens and removes odours, improving indoor air quality.

Daikin Emura 3 received the reddot Product Design Award 2022 and the iF Design Award 2022 – both rewarding remarkable product innovation.
