Amtico showcases bespoke designs at reimagined West Midlands HQ

British flooring designer and manufacturer Amtico knows that in the workplace, every detail counts – and now, the company’s newly renovated headquarters are no exception. In celebration of its 60th anniversary in operation, this year Amtico revealed its reimagined Coventry HQ and factory – as well as its offices based in Solihull – featuring the brand’s popular Signature LVT collection. Blending classic and bespoke designs with on-trend colours, the refurbished spaces showcase the durability and aesthetic appeal of Amtico’s flooring in a dynamic workplace and the fast-placed world of modern manufacturing.

As part of its sustainability journey, Amtico also specified the new floors with its innovative Amtico Bio range, a bio-attributed LVT made with PVC from renewable biomass sources. This collection reduces carbon emissions by more than 90% compared to the manufacture of standard fossil fuel-derived PVC, underscoring Amtico’s commitment to conscious production.

At the newly unveiled Coventry HQ, visitors are welcomed by a bespoke diamond-inspired motif created with Onyx Marble and Polished Gold feature stripping, exemplifying Amtico’s precision cutting capabilities. The design subtly references the company’s 1960s heritage and proud history of manufacturing, while introducing a modern edge through colour and scale. The Signature collection continues throughout the office area, where a Halcyon Pleat laying pattern in Buxton Oak is complemented by shades from the Colour Edit palette, harmonised with Polished Gold feature stripping. Even the central staircase incorporates creative touches with Tollymore Oak, Colour Edit and Onyx Marble, demonstrating the collection’s broad range of design possibilities.

Over at the Solihull office, Amtico’s Signature collection takes centre stage with a sophisticated combination of Grey Burnished Metal with Polished Copper feature stripping, laid in Large Parquet, and extends into versatile Wood and Stone patterns upstairs. The design blends seamlessly from Gable Parquet Large in Hackfall Oak to a striking combination of Onyx Marble and Grigio Classic Marble, culminating in an eye-catching laying pattern crafted with Gatsby Square Large.

Amtico’s 60th anniversary refurbishments are part of a company-wide celebration of the brand’s history, showcasing the innovative spirit that drives the flooring manufacturer forward. From sophisticated entrance areas to dynamic workspaces, the brand’s signature LVT flooring proves its versatility, catering to the unique demands of varied commercial projects.
