Alusion™ stabilised aluminium foam panels
Alusion is a versatile and unique material with virtually limitless design and architectural applications.
Ideally suited to creating statement pieces or dramatic backdrops, Alusion architecturally stabilised aluminium foam panels are made by injecting air into molten aluminium along with a fine dispersion of ceramic particles – this then stabilises the bubbles formed in the air.
A strong yet lightweight panel, the sheets are made of 20% to 100% recycled material and are themselves 100% recyclable. With its unique spongelike appearance the foam has sound absorbing properties, making it ideal for various uses within workplace, hospitality and exhibition design – from interior walls, flooring, ceilings, displays, signage, lighting, facades and even furniture.
Standard sheets offer formats up to 1220 mm x 2440 mm or up to 3.66 metres in length, with longer custom panels and bespoke formats also available.
